About the National Team Championships - North Carolina

When: June 16-20, 2025

Eligibility: To be eligible to participate in the 13U National Team Championships North Carolina, players must be born on or after May 1, 2011, OR have an expected graduation date of 2030. PLEASE NOTE: All players, whether born in 2011 or 2012, will be eligible to be selected to the 13U/14U Athlete Development Program (ADP).

Players born in 2010 will be eligible to be selected to 15U National Team Training Camp.

This event is invitation-only and will have a maximum of 16 teams per age group. If your organization is interested in receiving an invitation to the 17U National Team Championship in North Carolina, please submit an application through the link below.

When: June 10-13, 2025

Eligibility: To be eligible to participate in the 17U National Team Championships North Carolina, players must be born on or after May 1, 2007, OR have an expected graduation date of 2026. PLEASE NOTE: Players born in 2008 will be eligible to be selected to the 16U/17U National Team Development Program (NTDP). In addition, players born in 2007, or later, will be eligible to be selected to 18U National Team Training Camp.

Location:
The National Team Championships North Carolina will be held at the USA Baseball National Training Complex in Cary, North Carolina.

Roster Limits:
Rosters should include a minimum of 15 players.

Schedule:
Teams are guaranteed to play five games at the 13U, 14U, 15U, 16U, and 17U National Team Championships (weather permitting) and will not play more than six scheduled games.

Cost:
A $750 deposit is due upon registration and the remaining team registration fee is due by May 1. Deposits and fees not submitted by the aforementioned due dates will have their tournament invites rescinded. Accepted team's deposits and full payments are not refundable after May 1. Teams that do not receive entry into the event will have their deposit and/or any other payments made refunded.

Hotel Information:

USA Baseball has partnered with Team Travel Source (TTS) for all your hotel needs! When booking through TTS, you are guaranteed best rate and room type along with having dedicated support when setting up blocks.

All non-local teams (defined below) are eligible to receive a $500 hotel rebate from their registration of $3,450. Non-local teams are required to use one of the hotels provided and book through TTS for USA Baseball events.

USA Baseball will attain hotel rebates from TTS for teams that meet the minimum number of room nights. Earned rebates will be received approximately one month following the conclusion of the event (mid-August 2025).

How can my team qualify to earn the $500 rebate?

All below criterions must be fulfilled to qualify:

• Your team must be registered as a non-local team
  • A non-local team is a team registered via LeagueApps with an address over 100 miles from the tournament facility
• For each event/age group, each individual team must actualize a minimum of 35 room nights booked through TTS
• The team name must be used when booking the reservation in order to count
• The team must stay at one of the official event hotels provided by TTS
• All bookings must be made directly through TTS or through the TTS designated reservation portal. Player/parent/coach reservations that are booked though the hotel directly will not be considered in the final room night report. Any reservations booked through a third-party provider (i.e. hotels.com, expedia, hotwire, etc), booked directly with hotel brand app, or through any method other than through Team Travel Source, will NOT fulfill lodging requirement.
