Senior Scott Schreiber was drafted in the 26th round of the 2017 MLB Draft, but decided to return to Nebraska for his senior season in 2018 and has been the team's best bat. A two-time first-team All-Big Ten selection and 2016 All-American, Schreiber reached the 250-career hit/40-career home run/150-career RBI milestone earlier this season. He ranks in the top 10 among active NCAA Division I players in career hits, career home runs, RBIs and total bases.
