Those impressive numbers put him in the top 10 in nearly every offensive category in the BIG EAST: on-base percentage (first), average (tied for first), slugging percentage (second), runs (tied for second), total bases (tied for second), RBI (fourth), walks (tied for fourth), home runs (tied for fifth), doubles (tied for seventh), stolen bases (eighth) and triples (tied for 10th). Panik also led the Big East, and ranked 14th nationally, in on-base percentage. Panik carries a 3.78 GPA in finance; he was named third-team Academic All-American.
