Dolphins outfielder Adam Brett Walker was named the 2011 Atlantic Sun Player of the Year. A first-team All-Atlantic Sun selection, Walker hit .415 with 12 home runs, 64 runs scored and 70 RBIs. Walker became the first JU player since 2007 to win Player of the Year and led the conference in batting average and doubles (22). He was also named one of 36 semifinalists for the Dick Howser Award.
