Trevor Bauer led one of the best rotations in college baseball in strikeouts (124) this season, while posting a 2.84 ERA and a 9-3 record. Bauer's stellar 2010 came on the heels of a freshman season at UCLA that saw the righty earn National Freshman Pitcher of the Year and Freshman All-American honors from Collegiate Baseball Newspaper. He capped 2009 by going 1-1 for the USA Baseball Collegiate National Team, with 24 strikeouts and a .213 batting average against, as he helped Team USA to a gold medal at the World Baseball Challenge.
