Mike McKenna entered 2008 with a slew of preseason accolades, thanks to the .413 batting average he posted in 2007. The senior, who had a 23-game hitting streak last season, has also proven he can hit for power, posting single-season RBI and home run totals that rank him in the top-10 in those categories in FAU history. He's followed with another season hitting close to .400 to go with similarly stellar power numbers for the Owls in 2008.
