CARY, N.C. – USA Baseball today announced a new partnership with AWRE Sports, naming the streaming and video technology company an Official Player Development Partner of the organization. This collaboration will bring a robust six-camera streaming solution to all four fields at the USA Baseball National Training Complex in Cary, North Carolina.
Games and events held at the National Training Complex–including identification events, development program games, and national team games–will be streamed live on USABaseball.TV using AWRE Sports’ platform. The partnership was launched with the streaming of the National High School Invitational (NHSI) presented by the Greater Raleigh Sports Alliance and Netting Professionals in April, delivering pitch-by-pitch coverage of the premier high school baseball event in the country.
“We are thrilled to welcome AWRE Sports as an Official Player Development Partner to the organization and to bring a refreshed viewing experience to our fans,” said USA Baseball Senior Director of Technology Russell Hartford. “This partnership will elevate our fan experience across the board and allow us to showcase our events and national teams with professional-level coverage while supporting our athletes’ growth on and off the field.”
“We’re incredibly proud to partner with USA Baseball and be involved with such a prestigious organization,” said Chris Clark, CEO at AWRE Sports. “This collaboration is another strong step in proving that AWRE is the premier video solution for player development and live streaming. We’re committed to providing cutting-edge technology that helps athletes showcase their talent, coaches make more informed decisions, and fans enjoy and then relive every moment.”
USABaseball.TV offers fans and participants a professional viewing experience thanks to AWRE Sports, which has multiple angles and an instant replay portal. Additionally, the platform enables players, coaches, and fans to clip and share their favorite moments live or on demand.
USA Baseball will also integrate AWRE Sports’ tools in its player development and athlete identification processes for its national teams and development programs. The technology aligns with other player development partners of the organization–including Trackman–which will allow data and analytics to layer into the stream in real time for scouting and evaluating athletes.
